Lincoln College offers a highly successful 10-week training programme that is designed to support the development of your organisation's future leaders.

The Emerging Leaders Programme will support succession planning activity by offering aspiring managers an opportunity to achieve the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership. The course is designed to enhance participants' leadership abilities, focusing on how leaders think, communicate, and act and equipping them with the essential skills for effective leadership.

Additionally, participants will also complete the Extraordinary Leadership Programme, delivered by the leading local management consultancy, Human Alchemy.

Accreditation

Upon completion of this 10-week Bootcamp, employees will be awarded an ILM Level 3.

Fees

This programme is heavily subsidised by the government. For SMEs (less than 250 employees) a 10% contribution is required from the employer. For larger employers, a 30% contribution is required.

SMEs (under 250 employees): £265 per learner (90% funded)
Large companies (250+ employees): £795 per learner (70% funded)
